An original piece co conceived by two young sluts who were inspired by “The Maids” by Jean Genet. 

This piece is a poetic exploration of dismantling systems of power, greed, shame, and an overall oppression of freedom, authenticity and love. 

Two friends exist in a world of isolation having only had access to the THIng. The powers that be. They only know this. Except what they knew before. Which was so long ago that they need each other to remember. 

This piece is a return. a remembering. a reclaiming. Who are we and where did we go? 

If we no longer want to exist inside the systems that be, what is the way through? We KNOW murder is wrong…but how much more can these hoes take?
